Come grow with us…We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing facility.

Your success is our success…The maintenance manager serves as the leader to support goals in regard to all maintenance activity. Establishing standardized maintenance processes and leads improvement activities. Develops best practices in predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Supports equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades. Develops and implements training and development programs to build and maintain skill levels of associates involved in equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.

Skill Requirements:

• General understanding and working knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and welding equipment and tooling
• Ability to identify and fix electrical and piping issues for process equipment.
• General understanding and working knowledge of basic engineering principles.
• Project installation, modification, or renovation of equipment and building
• Perform emergency and routine repairs.
• Ensure that all tooling is sharpened and ready to go back in the machines to prevent downtimes.
• Keeping thorough records of our maintenance equipment, work orders and preventative maintenance sheets by filing them in the appropriate folders labeled by machine
• Ability to read component, assembly and equipment blueprints and drawings
• Practical experience and working knowledge of Preventive Maintenance systems.

• Managing the maintenance personnel to ensure that our preventive maintenance is being carried out routinely and that appropriate immediate repairs are managed efficiently while always working towards “Permanent” fixes.
• Must have experience maintaining and working on conveyors, and industrial equipment, and electrical
• Establish root cause investigation procedures and ensure technicians are trained in root cause investigation tools and expectations are well communicated.
• Direct the purchase, organization, and the preparation of critical maintenance spare parts to ensure timely machine repair and to support preventative maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with people of various educational and technical backgrounds, inside and outside the company, and at all levels of the organization.
• Must be a confident decision maker and capable of making decisions within time and information constraints.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading an organization through change.
• Must be available for after hours and/or weekend support calls.
• Training and coaching on maintenance & engineering related concepts and tasks in order to support Continuous Improvement and a Zero Loss culture.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6am/7am-4pm/5pm with overtime.

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 Annually
